Project Manager
Jay brings more than 10 years of experience across project management, contracts administration, financial control, budgeting, and tendering. With qualifications in Civil Engineering and Management Accounting, he combines technical understanding with strong commercial discipline, helping ensure each project is managed with precision, clarity, and control. At Avora, he plays a central role in overseeing project delivery and maintaining alignment across programme, cost, and quality.
Known for his calm, practical, and collaborative approach, Jay works with a clear focus on outcomes, detail, and accountability.
